Every shipment needs an insurance certificate with the right coverage calculations and the right documentation for the destination’s customs requirements. Every load needs a packing list that conforms to multiple carriers’ varied specifications. No pre-built tool could perform the calculations, generate the certificates, or integrate with the diverse systems WTI’s carrier partners ran.
WTI had been operating manually — spreadsheets, Word templates, and hours per shipment of human reconciliation work. The error rate was the predictable cost. The bottleneck was the team’s capacity to grow the book of business without growing the back office at the same rate. WTI needed custom-built solutions that were accurate, compliant, and embedded directly into their daily operations.
